1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ccph365 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at ccph365.net.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the ccph365 Platform.
• "ccph365" or "We" or "Us" refers to the operator of the ccph365 Platform, operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the ccph365 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's ccph365 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under PAGCOR regulations before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ccph365 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as a binding contract between you and ccph365.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You understand that online gaming involves real monetary risk and that ccph365 does not guarantee any winnings.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for recreational purposes.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the ccph365 Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, bonus claims, customer support interactions, and use of responsible gaming tools.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ccph365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ccph365 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from ccph365 management.
• You are registering an Account using your own true and accurate personal information — not under a fictitious identity or on behalf of another individual.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the ccph365 Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming facility.
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory directive that prohibits your participation in gaming activities.

ccph365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on ccph365, you must register a Player Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ccph365 Platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. ccph365 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected:

• All duplicate Accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Balances associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
• The primary Account may also be suspended pending investigation.
• Bonus Funds obtained across multiple Accounts will be voided in their entirety.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your ccph365 Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your address, mobile number, or email — you must update your Account information promptly. ccph365 accepts no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or delayed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccph365 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ccph365 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ccph365 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

ccph365 will not be held liable for any losses, unauthorized transactions, or data breaches resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid login credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously reported the credentials as compromised to ccph365 support.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ccph365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and Visa / Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ccph365 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the ccph365 cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the current limits in their Account cashier before initiating a transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed the KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ccph365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

6.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on ccph365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ccph365 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which ccph365 accepts no responsibility.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ccph365 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which are published alongside the relevant promotion. The following general conditions apply to all ccph365 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. ccph365 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple Accounts, wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
• ccph365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
• Bonuses that have not been used or activated within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the ccph365 Platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates are accurate to the certified values provided by the respective game providers.

In the event of a discrepancy between the game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on the ccph365 server, the server-side result will be deemed authoritative. ccph365 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults on the Player's device, internet connection failure, or third-party platform issues outside ccph365's direct control.

Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real-time. Live game rules are governed by the rules displayed within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ccph365 Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account in your name or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, false identity submissions, and unauthorized payment method use.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any of its games. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ccph365 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that may constitute a violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended.
• Reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering any component of the ccph365 Platform without express written authorization.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ccph365 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

ccph365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and our own platform standards. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost through your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the ccph365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ccph365 Platform — including but not limited to the ccph365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ccph365 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ccph365 Platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ccph365 content without prior written authorization from ccph365.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ccph365 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failure, device malfunction, or third-party technical issues outside ccph365's direct control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the ccph365 Platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including any Account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms limits ccph365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. ccph365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

ccph365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on ccph365, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ccph365 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies including PAGCOR where required by law, with KYC verification service providers, and with payment processing partners strictly as necessary to facilitate your use of the Platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ccph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the ccph365 Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ccph365 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting ccph365 support.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ccph365 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players agree to first contact ccph365 support in writing to seek an informal resolution. ccph365 will use its reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute relates to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities and cannot be resolved informally, Players may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
